Every athlete has a physical capacity that could be reached. Unfortunately, most athletes do not get even close to their potential. The Matrix Coaches guide and push athletes to reach their physical capacity.

Strength and Movement for Volleyball

This program is designed for volleyball players that currently play at the club level or higher. We focus on establishing and building a strong foundation of integrated training and preparation habits that helps athletes achieve high performance and longevity in volleyball.

The program is directed by coach Reid Hall. Reid is former Team Canada Beach Volleyball Athlete. He has over 10 years of both volleyball coaching and strength and conditioning coaching experience. Our team of strength and conditioning coaches are second to none, and have extensive backgrounds in the volleyball space.

This program is designed for hockey players that currently play at the club level or higher. We focus on establishing and building a strong foundation of integrated training and preparation habits that helps athletes achieve high performance and longevity in hockey.

The Athlete Matrix and Gary Roberts High Performance Training (GRHPT) team have collaborated to bring the state of art program to Mississauga. All athletes will get access to the Gary Roberts App and also get to train in a world class facility with top strength and conditioning coaches.
